Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the account page when billing is active.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Access generally remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by Stripe, the payment network, or applicable law.

Because The ROI Project provides immediate access to digital research tools and historical data, refunds are reviewed case by case. If there is a billing error or duplicate charge, contact support with the email used for checkout.

Historical research data is not a guarantee of future performance, and dissatisfaction with future sports outcomes is not a basis for a refund.
